Philippine visit visa requirements for Pakistani citizens 

  • Passport valid for a period of not less than six(6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay in the Philippines;
  • Two (2) 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ID photographs taken within a period of six months prior to the application for visa;
  • Bank Statement of last 6 months (attested from Foreign Ministry of Pakistan)
  • Police Character Certificate (attested from Foreign Ministry of Pakistan)
  • Return Air Ticket
  • Confirm Hotel Booking (must be sent by email or fax by the hotel to embassy directly)
